Steps

Take a large plate add kuttu flour, grated potato and salt. Mix together and knead into stiff dough, with the water. Cover and leave it rest for at least 30 minutes.

Now make a small balls of dough and roll it into puri shape. Puri is ready to fry.

Take a kadhai then heat ghee on high flame. Add puri and fry it light golden brown colour from both side. Take it out in a plate.

Serve it hot hot with falahari aloo sabji, rayta, chutney etc......😋😋
