Add In water to your beans & leave it for like 3-5 minutes, then remove the skin of your beans by using mortar and pestle or anything you feel it easier for you, wash & strain water away by using colander, pick out all skin & wash again

Wash & cut your red pepper, onion & scotch bonnet add everything together & blend till smooth, add in your seasoning, salt,oil, crayfish mix all together & add in water to lose its thickness

Add in your blended beans mixture inside the leather(according to the size you want) & add in your slice boiled egg

Pot into your pot add water & allow to cook for like 45-50 minutes & your moi moi is ready, serve & enjoy
