Chicken and Vegetable Soup
My Boyfriends Mums recipe inspired me to make a chicken soup of my own <3
Steps

Pour chicken stock into Medium or Large pot
- 2
Chop shredded chicken into smaller chunks and put in with the chicken stock

Pour in frozen vegetables (I usually use the whole bag personally)

Cut buk choy leaves of and put to the side, then chop buk choy stem into small pieces and celery into small pieces and put into pot also

Turn your stove onto medium to high heat and put pot on stove top
- 6
Grab a smaller sized pot, peel and cut up potatoes to whatever size is suitable for you then put in your pot over high heat starting with pre boiled water

While the potatoes are boiling and your soup is heating up, chop your buk choy leaves into long strips and put into your soup pot

Once potatoes are boiled to be firm (not hard nor soft, has to be in between) drain off water, rinse potatoes under warm water and put into your soup pot also

Let soup sit as long as you want on medium heat, it’s ready when it’s steaming, bubbling a little and smells awesome

Then serve with salt and pepper (if preferred) and enjoy!
