Falahari cutlets is prepared with just few ingredients, kuttu flour and boiled potatoes. You can serve with coriander chutney or imli chutney. Really delicious in taste..

Fristly grate the potatoes in a mixing bowl and kuttu flour. You can add any vegetable like squeeze lauki, kaddu,carrots also.

Further add black pepper powder and rock salt. Mix it well.

Further greased your hands with oil/ghee and give shapes of cutlets.

Deep fry cutlets medium heat oil until golden brown.

Ready easy and taste cutlets serve with coriander chutney and side with salad or tea.
