Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 4 slicesbread of your choice (I used rye)
  • 1wedge brie cheese
  • 1 jarmelva (frigate tuna) in olive oil
  • For the tomatoes:
  • 1 pintcherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoonbrown sugar or panela
  • Salt, black pepper, and rosemary
  • Extra virgin olive oil

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). While it heats, place the cherry tomatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, brown sugar, and a little rosemary. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft and roasted.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile, slice the bread and the brie cheese. Place the brie on top of the bread slices and put them on one side of the oven. Let the cheese melt.

  3. 3

    Once the tomatoes are roasted, place them on top of the melted brie, then add pieces of melva. Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and serve.
