This was one of the appetizers we made at the Cookpad Home Academy workshop using preserves from Conservera de Tarifa. It's a super tasty, easy-to-make bite that’s always a hit!

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). While it heats, place the cherry tomatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, brown sugar, and a little rosemary. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft and roasted.

Meanwhile, slice the bread and the brie cheese. Place the brie on top of the bread slices and put them on one side of the oven. Let the cheese melt.

Once the tomatoes are roasted, place them on top of the melted brie, then add pieces of melva. Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and serve.
