Quick and easy meatballs

These are super easy to make. Give them a go for your family's dinner and have them as a side to other dishes or as part of a larger dish.
Using premade burger meat takes out the need to add the normal ingredients needed for making meatballs from scratch. No need to add breadcrumbs or other binding ingredients like an egg or additional fats, as the raw burger has already been made with these things included.

Mash your burger meat in a bowl (see my note in my story as to why i used this meat instead of fresh minced meat)
Finely chop fresh parsley and spring onion and add to the meat. - 2
Season well with chilli flakes and dried thyme, salt and pepper (not to much salt as the burger mixture will already be seasoned).
With wet hands, roll small bite-sized meatballs. and fry in a pan with a little oil on med heat. - 3
Once cooked through remove to a paper towel to drain any access oil and serve with a dipping sauce.
meatballs should be tender and moist not dry. (These beef meatballs were delicious with spicy reggae reggae sauce) - 4
