Steps

For Peanut Paste, take some Raw Peanuts and keep them in the freezer for 1-1.5 hours.

Put the Peeled Peanuts in a mixer jar, add some Sugar, some Paneer cubes, Milk & some Water in it.

Grind it well and make a fine paste.

For Masala Dahi, take some Curd, some Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder & mix it well.

For Marination, in a bowl, put some Mustard Oil, Kashmiri Red Chill Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Black Salt, Salt, Dried Fenugreek Leaves and mix well.

Then add Cottage Cheese/Paneer, wrap it properly and keep it for 15 minutes.

Keep the pan for heating, put marinated Paneer, Capsicum & roast them dry.

Then take them out in a bowl and keep them aside.

In the same pan, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Green Cardamom, Cloves, nicely chopped Ginger & Green Chilli, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Masala Dahi, Peanut Paste. Stir it continuously & cook it by covering it.

Then add some salt to taste, marinated Paneer, Capsicum, and cook it for 5 minutes more.

Garnish with Coriander Leaves & serve it.
