Ingredients

  1. 2-4 sheetsLavash bread
  2. 16 ozcan of refried black beans or pinto beans
  3. 1/4 cupsour cream
  4. 1/2 cupmexican shredded cheese blend
  5. 2 (12 oz)bags grilled chicken strips already cooked I cut it up
  6. 1 packtaco seasoning
  7. About 1 cup white queso cheese sauce I like pace
  8. 2 cupsmexican shreeded cheese blend
  9. Diced tomatoes
  10. Diced green chiles
  11. Sliced black olives
  12. Sliced or diced jalapeños
  13. Chopped cilantro
  14. Sour cream
  15. Salsa

Cooking Instructions

    In a 10 × 13 × 3 or 13 × 9 baking dish spray with cooking oil

  2. 2

    Lay 1 or 2 sheets lavash bread in the bottom to fit

  3. 3

    Spread on refried beans and swirl in 1/4 cup sour cream and sprinkle on 1/2 cup cheese

  4. 4

    Mix chicken strips with taco seasoning and place over bean layer

  5. 5

    Pour on queso cheese sauce and spread out evenly

  6. 6

    Add another layer of lavash bread 1 or 2 sheets to fit

  7. 7

    Top with 2 cups shredded cheese

  8. 8

    Top with diced tomatoes, cilantro, diced green chiles, jalapeños and black olives if desired

  9. 9

    Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or till hot and bubbly

  10. 10

    Serve with sour cream and salsa if desired
