Take a container Turad dal wash and add chopped palak/spinach, 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tomatoes cook it well in 3 to 4 whistles.

Take pan add oil and ghee heat add Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds,curry leaves, hing, green chilli, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste fry it well.

Add onion,tomatoes to tadaka and fry it well. Add boiled Turad dal,palak,tomatoes mix it well and boil it for 10min.

Add salt,Cumin Coriander powder, red chilli powder, sugar mix it well and boil it.

Dal Palak is ready to serve. Garnish with Coriander leaves serve with rice and chapati, Nana.
