Besan Ka Dhokla
Steps

Take the besan in a mixing bowl and add curd salt haldi red chilli and sugar to it.

Mix all ingredients and add water as per need.

So now add one sachet of eno powder and mix it well and Grease the Idli moulds.

So now fill the moldes with better and keep in the Idli cooker which has one glass boiling water in it.
Now in a Kadhai take some refined oil and at mustard seeds and green chillies in it. - 5
As soon as it splattered completely, add water to it & add sugar in this.

Now at lemon juice in it and let it boil for 30 seconds and put off the gas flame.
Now open the Idli cooker after 10 minutes and allow them to cool - 7
Now take out all the dhoklas with the help of a sharp knife or with the spoon and pour the Tadka over all dhoklas. Let the dhokla absorb Tadka water completely.

Now garnish dhoklas with chopped coriander.
