2 cupsmilk (about 500 ml)
3/4 cupall-purpose flour (about 100 grams)
7 ozsmoked tofu (about 200 grams)
1/2 cupshredded Swiss cheese (about 50 grams)
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
