An Autumn and Winter Favourite for my family, Added 6 boiled Potatoes to thicken instead of Cream, a little more healthier. I have put this up before but this has different ingredients. I had 3 bowls through the day my daughter and granddaughters also had some they loved it.they

Dice the onions and crush the Garlic. Melt the butter in a large Saucepan then add the onions then the crushed Garlic stir around for 1 minute

Add the 2 dried veg cubes crumbled in then add the 2 pints of boiling water stir.

Chop the broccoli chunky add most of the stem too. Then add to the pan.

Stir in the stilton cheese, potatoes add the Pepper then stir and simmer for 10 minutes.

Using a large blender or a hand blender blend until smooth the potatoes will make it thicker so then add back to the pan and add the other pint boiling water stir and serve.

Add a little cracked black pepper to garnish.
