Wash your fish with salt and vinegar

Blend your scocht bonnet with 2 onions.in a bowl pour your blend mixture,garlic. spices and seasonings.add 5 table spoon of vegetable oil

Dived the blend mixture into four.take 3/4 and Marinate your fish with the mixture.keep in the fridge for 10_20 hrs.to get best quality results.

Put it in a pre heated oven for 20 mintues on 180 - 200degree.

Half cup of vegetable oil

Bring your foil paper arrange your marinate fish.add your oninos,the remaining marinating mixture.add your slices cabbage.
