Heat ghee in a pan.Saute Cashewnuts.Transfer in a plate and in a same pan saute Makhana.Transfer in a plate.

Soak Cashewnut in 1cup water for 2hr. And churn to make smooth paste. And saute in a ghee. Now Add par boil french beans peas carrot and cauliflower Add salt mix.it well.Now add Milk and all spice powder chopped fruits and cream.mix properly.
Cook fresh pineapple in a sugar chashni (or can use tin fruits also)and add in a korma mixture. Add dice paneer and cook on a slow flame. - 3
Lastly Add Roasted Cashewnuts Makhana kasuri methi and garam masala.Mix it well.Cook for 5-7min.Add cream Mix it.Turn off flame.And serve.

Delicious Navratna Korma is ready to serve.Serve with Butter Naan or Rice. Garnish with fruits and grated Paneer.
