2 cupspotato cubes
2 cupCauliflower
as per tasteSalt
1 tbspRed chilli powder
2 tbspOil
1/4 tbspTurmeric
2 tbspCoriander powder
2 tbspCoriander leaves

Take a pan and add some oil.

Add potato, cauliflower, salt, turmeric mix it, well cover and cook 10 min.

Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves and mix it well.

Ready to serve with roti or rice.
