Heat dry pan and add coriander seeds, fennel seeds, black pepper corns,black cardamon, cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, cloves and dry roast it but don't burn it.

In a small blender jar add all dry roasted spices and grind it, then add turmeric powder, dried ginger powder, kashmiri red chillies powder/ papika powder, once again grind to a fine powder.

Remove and store in an airtight container, add 1-2 tbsp of the spices, use as required.
