Ingredients

marinade 4hrs+
3 plates
  1. 2 lbboneless,skinless chicken thigh
  2. Marinade
  3. 1 piecegarlic, minced
  4. BagMandarin Oranges + some zest
  5. 2 tbspSoy Sauce
  6. SplashOil
  7. Salt
  8. Veggies
  9. 1 tspGinger Root I grated mine
  10. 2 tbspHoney
  11. 1slicedOnion
  12. 1 cupSnap green Peas
  13. 2small Sliced Mushroom
  14. 3/4 cupcarrot, sticks or sliced
  15. 1/3 cupWater chestnuts
  16. If you like, broccoli or extra ginger

Cooking Instructions

marinade 4hrs+

    Cube the chicken

  2. 2

    Place chicken in Marinade:
    In a bowl squeeze 6+ Mandarin oranges and all the juice and it is fine to keep some fallen fruit and fruit segments in there
    With the oil, minced Garlic +soy sauce

    Mix the chicken up with a spoon to coat with marinade and refrigerate for 4+ hours

  4. 4

    When ready Set Temp on med-hi and cook your chicken until it is golden brown and beautiful

  5. 5

    Add Veggies, Honey and Ginger and 2-3 more Mandarin Juice and a splash of Soy Sauce to taste
