In a separate pot, prepare syrup dissolving sugar in water
Stir in cardamom powder
Remove from heat

Add milk powder to the semolina, cardamom powder

Knead for 6-7 minutes and add 2 tbsp milk
Create small flat round shapes with ½ inch in thickness

Deep fry in cooking oil until golden brown

Transfer the fried semolina to the syrup pot to soak before serving
