Arbi patte ki curry
I made Arbi patte ki sabji it turned out so yummy.
Steps

Clean arbi leave and keep aside. Chop onion tomato and keep aside. Also make ginger garlic paste.

Make a thik batter of besan, salt and ginger garlic paste.
Now take leaf one by one and apply besan paste over each leaf and place every leaf on one another. Now roll down the leaf and bind with thread and steam for 12 mins. - 3
Take it out and let it cool down and cut into pieces.

Now shallow fry in oil till golden brown and take it out.
Take a kadai add oil to it. Put ginger garlic paste and now add chopped onion and cook well. Now add tomato 🍅 and add salt and turmeric. cook till it become paste. Now add dhania powder, zeera and kali mitrch powder and mix well. Now add water and let it boil. - 5
After some time add the arbi k pakore we fried earlier.
Turn off the flame and add coriander leaves and a spoon of lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot with rice or chapati
