  • 1/2 cupmaida
  • 1/2 cupatta
  • 2 tbspsuji
  • 11/2 tbspbesan
  • 2 tbspkasuri methi
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • 2-3 tbspoil
  • as requiredWarm water for kneading

    Take a pan add all ingredients.

    Knead well.
    Dough should neither too soft nor too tight

  3. 3

    Rest for 30 min

  4. 4

    Make small balls
    Press with palm

  5. 5

    Fry on low flame

  6. 6

    Enjoy
