Biscoff sandwich biscuit
Steps

Make a dough using the above ingredients.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove from fridge and roll it out on a work surface. Using a cookie cutter cut round discs. Keep half disc aside and to the other half use a smaller cookie cutter and cut out the center. (these can be baked as miniature for kids) - 2

Bake in a preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Let it cool completely.
Dust some icing sugar on the ones which with a cut out.
Using a nozzle pipe biscoff spread and put the disc with cutout on top.
