Ingredients

  1. 300 gbanana
  2. 1 tablespooncinnamon powder
  3. 200 gwanton skin

Cooking Instructions

    Unpack and spread out the wanton skin.

    Prepare 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder in a bowl.

    Cut the ripe banana into small size.

    Dip one piece of the cut banana with cinnamon powder. Place on one piece of wanton skin. Moist your fingertip with water, then moist the edges of the wanton skin. Then seal the edges to form a dumpling or triangular shape.

    Heat up enough cooking oil in the frying pan with medium-high heat. To test the temperature, tear a bit of the wanton skin and drop it into the oil. Once it starts browning, drop the wanton into the oil to deep fry quickly.

    Best served by dipping with ketchup sauce.
