  • 2 packs (14 ounce)Beef Polska Kielbasa, cut into coins
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1orange pepper, chopped
  • 10 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 teaspoonSazon (regular)
  • 2 tablespoonsItalian seasoning
  • 1 can (15.5 ounce)Goya chick peas, undrained
  • 1 can (10 ounce)diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can (28 ounce)crushed tomatoes
  • Cooked white OR yellow rice 🍚

    Place all ingredients into your crockpot …… Stir lightly…..

    Cover and cook on Low heat for 6 hours, stirring occasionally…..
