In a thick-bottomed vessel heat the ghee. add the Rava and saute till light brown. Then add wheat flour.

Cook the mixture till a nice aroma is set in and the mixture turns light brown.

Add the finely grinded dryfruits. Saute for a few mins.

Turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool down the mixture.

Further, add powdered sugar and make small laddoos as per the size desired.

Aata suji ladoo is ready to serve and store in air tight container.
