Originally a spaghetti Bolognese supposed to be either with beef or chicken, but as a good cook you should be able to use whatever you could find in the kitchen into something tasteful.

Originally a spaghetti Bolognese supposed to be either with beef or chicken, but as a good cook you should be able to use whatever you could find in the kitchen into something tasteful.

Per boil with pinch of salt, sieve your Spaghetti and Keep aside.

Slice your red, green and yellow ball pepper, onions and carrots into desired shape (they should not be too thick nor too thin).

Either boil your eggs and Peel or break the egg together with your ingredients before adding your Spaghetti. Follow it according to your like but I prefer boiling the egg.

In a deep big pan or shallow pot add your oil followed by your garlic, onions and tomato paste stir for about 1 min before adding your green beans and carrots. Add a little bit of meat stock if you have if not add water stir and cover on a low heat to allow them to be soft.

Add your mixed spices, seasoning, then your mixed ball pepper, add another small amount of stock, your egg and finally your per boil spaghetti. Stir properly and allow to finish cooking on a low heat. Serve while still hot
