Heat water and sugar.Mix.Let the sugar melt.Switch off the gas.Let it cool.

Mix all purpose flour and oil until crumbly texture.Add sesame seeds and sugar syrup to make soft dough.Keep it aside for 5 min.

Divide the dough into 4 parts.Take one part,make a ball,roll it up like a thick chapati.Cut it into small squares.

Heat oil in a pan,deep fry all the Shakarpare in batches.Heat should be low to medium.

Your crispy sweet Shakarpare is ready to serve.
