Steps

Cut chorafali papad into triangular pieces.(I used chilled ones without thawing..so they don't puff up).

Deep fry chorafali pieces in hot oil. Keep aside.

Whisk curd, keep aside.
In one bowl add gathiya mixture namkeen. Add 1 tbsp green chutney and 1 tsp khajur sweet chutney. Mix well and keep aside. - 4
In another mixing bowl add chopped boiled potato pieces and onion.add nadiyadi bhusa namkeen. Add 1 tbsp of each spicy green chutney and khajur sweet chutney and mix well. Keep aside.

To assemble Dahi Chorafali Chaat. In serving plate arrange fried chorafali fried pieces.

On it spread prepared gathiya mixture.

On it pour whisk curd, sprinkle chat masala and pour both chutneys.

On it add/ crushed(by hand) remaining fried chorafali. On it spread prepared potato+ onion mixture.

On it pour whisk curd, sprinkle chat masala and pour both chutneys.

Garnish with besan sev,chopped onion, green coriander leaves and pomegranate pearls. Serve/ Relish immediately Delicious Chorafali Chaat.
