Chicken Stock

Chicken or Beef

Start by frying your rice, until it turns to brown in colour, add pepper and Onions, then our (spices) mixed Spices, Coriander, bay leave some Seasoning cubes and Chicken stock. Stir and Cover.

After some minutes add a pinch of salt, garlic paste and turmeric and Your fried chicken or Beef. Stir again and let it cook for like 35 mins again.

Then serve an Enjoy.
