Steps

Blanch spinach for few min. and transfer to chill water. set aside.

Finely chopped onion, garlic, tomato, garlic and ginger

Make a puree of blanched spinach.

Washed chicken. and set aside

Take a pan, a olive oil 2 tblsp and add ginger garlic till raw arrom take away. add onion and saute till onion become golden brown. add tomato and saute till tomato become pulpy. at his satge add spiced powder and little water. cook for 2 min.

Add chicken and cook for 5 min on high flame. now add spinach puree. and cook till chicken become soft. now add garam masala and cook for 2 min more.

Garnish with basil leave and serve hot.
