Steps
- 1
Firstly cut the Chaap in small peices and fry in a oil till they turn golden brown in color.
- 2
Chop or blend the onion and tomatoes with green chillies. Simultaneously, marinate the fried chaap with malai, chaat masala, kashmiri lal mirch, turmeric powder for at least 10min.
- 3
Take a pan, add a little oil and add jeera, cloves, elaichi and fry the onion and tomato gravy. Add required amount of water so that a thick gravy is prepared in 10-15 min of boiling.
- 4
Now, once the gravy is well mixed. Add the marinated Chaap and boil it for another 5-10 min to get the gravy seeped into the chaap. Now, your chaap is ready to be served with any of your favourite breads.
