Over medium low, in a kadai roast coconut, keep stirring until the moisture goes away. color should not change. Add sugar and milk. sugar will liquify. and bring it to boil

Keep stirring, it gets thicker, STIR IN CARDAMOM AND GHEE. keep stirring until the mixture thicken and take shape. Do not over do. grease a plate with ghee. Transfer the mixture to a plate. level it. let it cool

Clean the edges. when it is still warm, cut to desired shape and size,
with kitchen shears cut almond into small pieces, press it on the top of burfi. When the burfi is hardened, separate the pieces. serve. enjoy
