Better Than Store Bought. Salt and Leek Sauce for Grilled Beef Tongue Better Than Store Bought. Salt and Leek Sauce for Grilled Beef Tongue
I made it with the things at home and when I couldn't go shopping. This sauce is like the sauce at Korean barbecue restaurants. It's simple; just mix the ingredients together, but it's delicious. It's best if you don't microwave it at Step 2. Although the recipe calls for a minimal amount of sake, if you have weak toleranace or serving this to kids, microwave the sauce. Easy Tonguefish Poêlé with Lemon Butter Sauce Easy Tonguefish Poêlé with Lemon Butter Sauce
I was impressed by the tonguefish I had at a restaurant, so I decided to try making it myself. It's not quite like the version I had, but you can make a delicious tonguefish at home. It goes great with white wine! When frying up the tonguefish, press on it with a spatula so that it doesn't curl. It has an extravagant taste when the skin side is crispy and fragrant. The salt, olive oil, and lemon give this a simple flavor. Recipe by Shinsaburou cookpad.japan -

Well-Boiled Chicken with a Fragrant Sauce Well-Boiled Chicken with a Fragrant Sauce
This is a delicious variation on boiled chicken. For children, you can decrease the amount of doubanjiang and add sugar for a sweet and sour taste. When cutting the chicken, be sure to completely cool it first. If you cut it while still hot, the juices will come out and you won't be able to cleanly cut it. Make the chicken breast as thin as you can, or cut chicken thighs a little thick. Tangy tartar sauce Tangy tartar sauce
The great thing about tartar sauce, aside from its ability to elevate a fish stick into something edible, is its adaptability. You can add and subtract ingredients to suit your own individual taste. Personally, I like mine quite chunky, with a hint of sweetness and herbaceousness, and a bit of bite. That's the recipe below. Robert Gonzal -
