For Coriander paste - in a blender add coriander leaves, green chillies, jaggery and lime juice and without adding water make a paste, set aside

For Poha - Soak for 10 mins depending on the quality of Poha, drain and dry. Poha must be dry

For Sautéing - in a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds and when it splutters add Urad Dal & Chana Dal, fry for 2 mins on medium flame. Add Coriander paste and stir.

Add hing, salt and Poha and mix well. Cook for 1 min

Set aside and serve hot 😊
