Sprouted moong Salad is a very easy quick healthy recipe.

Take a bowl add moong sprouts, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and coriander leaves and mix it well.

Now add pomegranate pearls and lemon juice, rock salt, chaat masala, salt mix it properly. Salad is ready.

Take cucumber pieces, little scoops the centre of the cucumber and place the prepared salad in the cucumber pieces, as shown in fig, garnish with pomegranate pearls and serve it.

Healthy Sprouted Moong Salad is ready.
