Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupmoong sprouts
  2. 1tomato chopped
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1cucumber chopped
  5. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  6. 1 tbsplemon juice
  7. 1/4 tsprock salt
  8. as requiredSalt to taste
  9. 1/2 tspchaat masala powder
  10. 3 tbsppomegranate pearls
  11. 1cucumber 2" pieces cut for serving or garnishing

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add moong sprouts, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and coriander leaves and mix it well.

    Now add pomegranate pearls and lemon juice, rock salt, chaat masala, salt mix it properly. Salad is ready.

    Take cucumber pieces, little scoops the centre of the cucumber and place the prepared salad in the cucumber pieces, as shown in fig, garnish with pomegranate pearls and serve it.
