In a mixing bowl take all ingredients, and mix well.

Knead dough. Not too soft and not too much tight.

Leave it for 10 minutes, and knead again.

Take a small ball-sized dough and roll it, flatten and make small size puri.

Then divide it into two parts, and prick it with a fork to prevent puffing up. Take one part and fold it in half a triangle.

Prick again and seal tight with little water.

Heat oil on low to medium flame. Don't fry in too much hot oil.

Fry nimki till it turns golden brown and crisp.

Finally, aata nimki is ready, enjoy with chai.
