A traditional Chinese vegetable soup recipe. The goji leaves said to have antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anti-diabetic effects. The goji berries removes toxin from the body, protect the eyes, and improves kidney function.

Steps

Pluck the leaves. Rinse with water. Drain and leave aside.

Rinse goji berries with water. Drain and leave aside.

Prepare 2 eggs.

Stir the eggs in the boiling water.

Add goji leaves.

Add goji berries.

Add light soya sauce, seasoning powder and sesame oil. Cook for 2 minutes.

Ready to serve.
