Ingredients

  1. 500 grstore bought puff pastry dough
  2. 1.5-2 lbsground meat (lamb or beef or veal or a mix)
  3. 2large onions
  4. 1 tspsalt or to taste
  5. 0.5 tspblack pepper
  6. 0.5 tspcumin (optional)
  7. 0.5 tspcoriander (optional)
  8. 1egg
  9. Sesame seeds (optional)

    Finely chop the onions. Mix with ground meat, spices and salt.

    Defrost puff pastry. Cut it to approximately 12-16 pieces.

    Roll pastry into a round-ish or whatever you can shape.

    Put meat inside and seal the bun.

    Put the buns sealed side down on a tray lined with parchment paper.

    Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

    Bake at 365 F until golden, approximately 45-50 minutes.
