This recipe came from wanting to build muscle and meal prep my meals but getting sick of people having plain chicken and rice
Cooking Instructions

Add chicken, chilli seasoning, tomato paste, and cottage cheese to a slow cooker, mix. Cook on high for about 4 hours or until thoroughly cooked and tender. Reserve liquid

Take chicken out of slow cooker and place aside. Cook as much white rice as you can with the leftover liquid

Allow chicken to cool. On a plate, lay out breading and black pepper into an even layer

Roll chicken in breading, careful not to let it fall off the bone. Pat in extra breading before placing on a cookie sheet

Bake chicken at 425° F until the breading is golden and crispy
