Ingredients

1 hour
2 people
  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. 1/4th cup Sprouted ragi flour
  3. 2 tbssprouted rajma flour
  4. 2 tbsdried moringa powder
  5. 2 tbsdry roasted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds grounded into fine powder
  6. As Per TasteSalt
  7. As RequiredWater to knead into poori dough (tight)
  8. 2 tbspoil to knead
  9. 250 mloil for deep fry

    Mix all the ingredients except oil and mix properly until they are completely blended.

    Now add oil & mix it well.

  3. 3

    Add water slowly step by step and knead into poori dough.

  4. 4

    The dough should be tight just like regular poori dough and shouldn't be loose.

  5. 5

    Rest it for about 10mins, meanwhile heat the oil.

  6. 6

    Make small balls of poori dough, 1 in size, and keep them aside.

  7. 7

    Grease the poori pressor and press the poori into flat roti by applying oil every time.

  8. 8

    After the oil is hot deep fry the poori by pressing gently in between such that poori's are puffy.

  9. 9

    Serve with your favourite curry or homemade jam.
