Mix all the ingredients except oil and mix properly until they are completely blended.

Now add oil & mix it well.

Add water slowly step by step and knead into poori dough.

The dough should be tight just like regular poori dough and shouldn't be loose.

Rest it for about 10mins, meanwhile heat the oil.

Make small balls of poori dough, 1 in size, and keep them aside.

Grease the poori pressor and press the poori into flat roti by applying oil every time.

After the oil is hot deep fry the poori by pressing gently in between such that poori's are puffy.

Serve with your favourite curry or homemade jam.
