Potatoes and chicken pakora #Christmasgift

Cut the chicken into small bite size pieces and marinade with lemon juice, ginger garlic and little bit of chilli powder (this marination is optional but it will give the chicken nice taste, set aside

Cut the potatoes into very small pieces like diced them and onion too, chop green chilli finely, fresh coriander give nice flavour to the pakora if available chop them

Any other veggies like spinach would be nice too just reduce the amount-of potatoes, after cutting all the veggies transfer in big mixing bowl with the chicken, add all the spices and salt, gradually add flour you might need more or less depending on the mixture

Mixture should be thick and hold everything together when put in oil, rice flour gives the pakora bit of crunch but too much will make the pakora hard

By using hand or spoon put small size pakora mixture in the hot oil and cook them until golden brown, enjoy with sauce
