  2. Some chopped dhaniya
  3. 1 tspjeera powder
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 2sabut kashmiri lal mirch
  6. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1 tspsugar
  8. 1 tspblack mustard seeds
  9. 2 tspchopped garlic
  10. 2-4 cloves of garlic
  11. 2 tsplal mirch powder
  12. 1 tbspmustard oil
  13. 1 tspghee
  14. As Per TasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl whisk curd properly,then add dhania,jeera & black pepper powder mix well.

    Then in a tempering pan heat oil + ghee add cumin seeds, Kashmiri mirch, mustard seeds & garlic.

    When garlic is roast adds Lal Mirch powder & pour over the curd.
