An easy one pan dish. Just layer all the vegetables on the pan, drizzle sauce over the meat and cook! You can serve it straight from the pan too! High in protein and rich in vegetables 😌😌

Ingredients

  1. 300 gpork (thinly sliced)
  2. Cabbage
  3. Mushrooms
  4. Spring onions
  5. Sauce
  6. 1 tspshiro miso (or white miso)
  7. 1 tspminced garlic
  8. 1 tspminced ginger
  9. 1 tbspsChinese cooking wine or sake
  10. 4 tbspwater

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

    Layer cabbage, mushrooms and sliced pork (in this order) on a large non-stick pan.

  3. 3

    Drizzle half of the sauce, cover the pan and bring mixture to a boil. Then add the rest of the sauce and continue to simmer for about 8-10 mins.

    Optional: Top with sliced spring onions, chili flakes and toasted sesame seeds.
