Ingredients

  • 1 cupnutrella washed & soaked into 2 glass of water
  • 100 gpaneer
  • 1 tspsauf
  • 1 tspbay leaves chopped
  • 1 tspmint leaves chopped
  • 1 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  • 3 piecesgreen chilli chopped
  • as requiredSalt according to taste
  • 2 tspvinegar
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspchilli flax
  • For makhni gravy
  • 3 pieceonion cut into four part
  • 3 piecemedium size tomato 🍅 cut into four pieces
  • 5 piecegarlic cloves
  • 4 piecegreen chilli
  • 5 piececashew
  • 1 inch" ginger cut into middle
  • 2 tbspmalai
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • 1 tbspgaram masala
  • 2 piecegreen cardamon
  • as requiredOil
  • 1small size butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a jar add washed nutrala add 3 glass of water when it's boiled add vinegar.

    Strain the nutrela. mash nutrela and paneer with hand.

  3. 3

    Now take a plate add nutrela, paneer add milk and paneer. add all ingredients mix it well.

  4. 4

    Now after its cooled. Cut into small pieces.

  5. 5

    Now we cook makhni gravy.

  6. 6

    In half glass of water add cashew.

  7. 7

    In a pot add one glass of water add tomato onion garlic green chilli ginger boil it 5 min.

  8. 8

    After cooling make a paste adding soaked cashew and cardamon.

  9. 9

    Firstly, put kadhai on flame add oil when heat up.

  10. 10

    Add paste saute few min add salt saute few min add malai cumin powder garam masala. Saute few min.

  11. 11

    When masala roast well add water.Cook few min.

  12. 12

    Put non-stick tawa on flame add oil add the tofu roast both side.

  13. 13

    Put kadhai on flame add oil roast it both side. Keep aside.

  14. 14

    We make thick gravy for tofu dip.

  15. 15

    Spread gravy on roasted tofu.
