Besan Namak Pare (Chickpea Flour Savory Crackers)

Add the chickpea flour to a large bowl and mix in all the spices.

Add the oil and mix well. Gradually add a little water at a time to make a stiff dough. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Knead the dough again, then divide into portions and roll out each portion. Cut into long strips with a knife.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-low heat. Fry the strips in batches until they are crispy and golden brown.
