In a pan boil water, add salt, add 1 tsp oil and once boiled add Chowmein and cook 90% done, drain and set aside

Have the vegetables chopped and ready

In a pan heat 1 Tbsp oil and add sliced onions, cook on medium flame for 2 mins until it softens

Add all capsicums and cook for 1 min. Add the cabbage and add 2 Tbsp water. Cook for 3-4 mins until cabbage is softened. Add salt and pepper and mix, set aside

In the same pan heat rest of the oil and add shrimps and cook until pink in colour

Add the fried veggies and noodles and mix well.

In a separate bowl add soya sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, honey and add this to the Chowmein. Coat well. Set aside

Plate with garnishing with spring onion greens and enjoy 😊
