Steps

Fry whole chickens for 5/6 mint until they turn brown With all spices marinate the whole chickens, let them rest for 30 minutes
On a curry pen mix all the liquid items like Milk,yogurt,spices and garlic ginger paste for gravy.
Then put the marinated chickens into the gravy and stir for 2/3 mint then rest for 10-15 mint
And then spread some green chili for flavor and some dried onions - 2
Serve with polao rice,biriyani etc
