  1. 1 kgChicken Wings (Cut Into Flats & Drums)
  2. 1 tbspCornflour
  3. Salt & Pepper
  4. BBQ Sauce
  5. 400 gChopped Tomatoes
  6. 130 gTomato Ketchup
  7. 100 gBrown Sugar
  8. 120 mlApple Cider Vinegar
  9. 100 gMolasses
  10. 1 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
  11. 1 tspSmoked Paprika
  12. 1 tbspSalt
  13. 1 tbspGround Black Pepper
  14. 1 tspChilli Powder
  15. 1 tspOnion Powder
  16. 1 tspGarlic Powder
  17. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Flakes
  18. 1/2 tspMustard Powder

    Preheat oven to 230c.
    In a large mixing bowl add the wings, season with salt and pepper and add the cornflour and mix together, trying to coat all the wings in the flour. Leave for 15mins.

    On a wire rack tray, place the wings on, trying to give each wing a bit of space between each other and place in the oven for 10mins at 230c, after 10mins reduce the heat to 200c and cook for a further 15mins.

    BBQ Sauce
    Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Using a whisk, begin to mix everything together until combined then bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low to simmer for 20mins. Once cooked take off the heat and use to brush the wings with.

    After the wings have cooked, remove them from the oven and brush them over with the bbq sauce, be generous with it. Pop them back in the oven for 2-3mins then remove and serve, top them with the sliced spring onions. Enjoy

    *Left over BBQ Sauce can be cooled and popped into an air tight container and placed in the fridge for up to 10days.
