Wash pat dry brinjals and apply oil brushing oil on brinjals making 2-3 slits on each. Place them directly on a gas stove burner. And roast them keep turning and roasting all sides

Get ready for other ingredients. Heat oil in a pan adds cumin seeds when they crackers add green chilli add chopped tomatoes saute till tomatoes get soft and mushy add all dry spices mix well add brinjal pulp mix and cover the pan for 2-3 min.

Open lid add chopped onions mix everything well add garam masala powder and green coriander leaves chopped mix well
Serve hot or warm with chappati, bhakri, rice khichdi. - 4
