
Chicken and bean protein fritters

Cooking Instructions

Drain the chicken and beans

Heat on the stovetop with tomato paste and soy sauce for 30 mins or until beans are very soft

Stir to ensure everything is soft and combined before adding protein powder in. Use as much as you need to thicken it, I had to use 6 servings

Let cool, it'll thicken more. Meanwhile, set our a plate with breadcrumbs and black pepper

Portion and coat the fritters evenly, placing them on a baking sheet

Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cripsy
