Chicken and bean protein fritters

Ingredients

  1. 12.5 ozcanned chicken, drained
  2. 15.5 ozcanned beans(I used small white beans)
  3. 4 tablespoonstomato paste
  4. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  5. 6servings of unflavored unsweetened protein powder
  6. Breading
  7. Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Drain the chicken and beans

  2. 2

    Heat on the stovetop with tomato paste and soy sauce for 30 mins or until beans are very soft

  3. 3

    Stir to ensure everything is soft and combined before adding protein powder in. Use as much as you need to thicken it, I had to use 6 servings

    Let cool, it'll thicken more. Meanwhile, set our a plate with breadcrumbs and black pepper

  5. 5

    Portion and coat the fritters evenly, placing them on a baking sheet

  6. 6

    Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cripsy
